Victors Chef Career spans 36 years.

Trained by the legendary Lesley Faull at Silwood Kitchen Cordons bleu School Cape Town in the late 60's he has travelled the world, teaching, cooking and creating foods, whipping up feng shui storms and painting/selling his art works.

 

His Guest House "The Helberg" Bramley, Johannesburg, boasts an enormous and refined Calming and peaceful atmosphere. Cordons Bleus food and chilled wines make an exceptional and deserving relaxation from the hustle and bustle of suburban life.

As an artist Victor has produced many of the art works in the Guest House and clients may wonder which painting to purchase whilst sipping ice cold wines or champagne.
